This letter and covenant agreement is provided to you, the candidate for a Pure Warrior-Freedom Group, in an effort to help you make an informed decision about the commitment and requirements of participation in the group.
Participation in a Pure Warrior-Freedom Group requires a serious commitment for a minimum of one year. This means that the candidate, his spouse and family need to commit to help the candidate attend meetings through scheduling, arranging childcare and being flexible.
Recovery requires consistent obedience to recovery principles, behaviors and exercises throughout the one year time period. Frequent interruptions from attending meetings will seriously jeopardize recovery. Thus, both candidate and spouse signatures are required.
Both signatures on the agreement signify to the rest of the men in recovery that the new candidate and his family are working on recovery together.
Please discuss this commitment and pray about it as a couple and as a family if appropriate. When you are ready to commit, please contact your pointman with the signed agreement executed.
