I have read the vast majority of these books.  I have noted my priority recommendations.  One of the most important things you can do for your self is to get educated.  Emerce yourself in understanding this issue.  As you do, you will have more control and be able to make more good choices versus bad choices.  While this is only one part of getting better if you are struggling, it is an important one.
