Pure Warrior Ministries Media Kit
This media kit is provided for your use in promoting "PUREVICTORY" workshops.
It also provides flexible tools for use on your website to help men in your church with internet pornography problems etc... It gives them a discrete place to go to get information, encouragement and access to resources.

This media Kit Includes the following resources:
Web-Button--For use on your website in linking to purewarrior as a resource for men in your church.
Workshop Logo--For use in developing your own promotional pieces for the workshop. It is high resolution and can be expanded as needed.
Workshop Web-Button--For use on your website to promote the workshop and to give people a place on the internet to get more information on the workshop.
Workshop Promotional Video--This video is for use in church services and other events to promote the workshop and generate interest.
Workshop Promotional Poster--This poster is designed for you to customize to your workshop and post where you feel it is appropriate. Also use this as a final graphic after showing the video.
Workshop Bulletin Insert--This insert is designed for you to customize and print (two-up) for use in your bulliten as often as possibe prior to the workshop.
Workshop Content/Information Document--This document is a two page document that provides some detail on the content and format of the workshop. You will need to copy in the customized text from the poster onto the first page and then save the document. I recommend printing it out for the people in the office answering phone calls about the workshop. (men will be calling with questions--I recommend that women answering phones, carefully and discretely pass those calls onto male pastors--for obvious reasons) Remember this workshop if for "men only."
Workshop Promotional Emails--These two emails, once customized to your workshop can be used to promote the workshop to the men in your men's ministry through you men's ministry email list.
The "PUREVICTORY" workshops are usually scheduled as follows:
Friday Evening Sections 1 & 2
6:30pm-9:30pm (same day registration and check-in at 6pm)
Saturday Morning Sections 3 & 4
8:30am-Noon
Saturday Afternoon--Optional Session (Ministering to the sexually addicted in the Church for Lay leaders and pastors)
1:00pm-2:30pm
Refreshments/Book Table/Pure Warrior Gear Will be available

This logo is for your use in creating, customizing and designing your own promotional pieces. It is expandable and has good resolution. You may copy this image and use it with our permission!

This web-button should be used to place in an appropriate place on your church website to promote the seminar. I can be linked to this generic page on the purwarrior site that outlines the workshop content, or if you would like we will create a customized page promoting your church workshop and this web-button can link directly to that page. Just let us know which way you want to go.

"PUREVICTORY" Promotional Video
This short video can be used to promote the workshop in church services and special events. Its a great short video with gripping music and information. I recommend showing the "poster" after the video to provide information on dates, times etc...You may copy this video and use it with our permission.

"PUREVICTORY" Promotional Poster
This poster is an 81/2 X 11 inch graphic that is designed for you to customize to the dates and times of workshop in your church. We have set the "text box" up so all you have to do is click on the open space and the box should appear. Use Tahoma font--bolded. We have also provided you a sample of another poster that is completed so you have an example. Please feel free to customize to your liking.

Key elements to include in your text:
Workshop Days/Dates and Times, location, cost, pre-registration and information phone number, refreshment information if applicable, and a note that scholarships are available or something to that affect.
"PUREVICTORY" Bulletin Insert
This bulletin insert parallels the poster and is formated "two-up" in a word document so that you can print on 81/2 X 11 sheets and cut to fit in most church bulletins. This document is also customizable like the poster. (please see the poster details above on what to include in the customized text area) Click on the open space and the text box will appear. Use the Tahoma font--bolded.

Workshop Content/Information Document
This is a word document that can be copied, printed and used by pastoral staff answering questions on the workshop. It includes the customized poster on the first page and then the subsequent one and a half pages outline the workshop content. You must click on the white space in the graphic on the first page to put in the specific information related to your workshop.
"PUREVICTORY" Email Flyers
These Word Documents can be used as promotion emails to your men's ministry email list. One is more detailed. The other is more simple. You may have to adjust the formating a bit. We're in the process of redoing them but use them as you see fit. You will need to fill in the blank space in the middle of the emails with the details for your workshop such as dates/times/costs and any other message you want to send to your men.
